What is RUB1OUT®?

How do you rub one out?
We find rubbing one out natural. We think you will, too. : )
When you apply RUB1OUT as a rub, apply a high smoke point oil to your meat first. Then, coat it with plenty of your favorite RUB1OUT product. Don’t go light! You’ll be glad you didn't.
When you apply RUB1OUT as a seasoning, apply a fair amount of RUB1OUT seasoning during or after cooking.

Are Just Rubs products natural?
Our products contain all-natural ingredients. And, importantly, this is also true of our anti-caking agent. However, please know our products are not officially certified non-GMO as we haven’t gone through the certification process, yet.
What are anti-caking agents?
Most spice blends combine, or cake, making the spice blend more challenging to use. Anti-caking agents are ingredients added to food products (especially spice blends) with the sole purpose to mitigate caking. Nearly all currently used anti-caking agents are not natural ingredients. Sodium ferrocyanide (aka yellow prussiate of soda)
A natural solution to counter spice blends from caking is adding a trace amount of rice hulls.
All Just Rubs products use a trace amount of rice hulls as an anti-caking agent. But, expect a small amount of caking, which is harmless. Simply shake the bottle or use a skewer to gently loosen the product. Then, RUB1OUT and enter your happy place!
Are Just Rubs products gluten-free?
No gluten found here. Booyah!
Do Just Rubs products contain MSG?
What?! Hell no. Our products are non-MSG. But, they do make Marvelous Spice Gifts. Who do you know who would like to RUB1OUT, too?
Do Just Rubs products expire?
Technically, spice blends don’t expire. Most spice blends will last 2-3 years with very little flavor degradation.

Where can I buy Just Rubs products?
You may purchase Just Rubs products from one of our approved dealers. Click our store locator page to find the nearest store to you.

What online payment methods do you accept?
At this point, you may pay for online orders with VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. We will accept a steak dinner, too, but our online order system hasn’t figured that one out, yet.
When will you charge me for my online order?
Our system automatically charges your form of payment upon placement of your order.
Can I change my online order after it’s been placed?
We will ship your online order the following business day. You will receive a system-generated email when your order has been prepared, which will contain your shipment tracking number. If you have not received your shipment confirmation email, then contact us and we might be able to change your order before it ships. If your product has shipped, we will gladly assist you with an exchange until you get the fun and flavor you desire.
What is the Just Rubs guarantee?
Our mission is to deliver fun and flavor. If you are not 100% satisfied, we want to know. We offer an empty bottle 100% money-back guarantee. Check it out on our guarantee page.
What is your shipping method and timing?
If we could, we would hand-deliver your order and RUB1OUT together. But, when this isn’t feasible, we will ship your order the next business day. Nearly all orders are delivered within three business days from their ship dates. Check out our shipping information page for all of the shippy details.
What is your return and refund policy?
Our mission is to bring fun and flavor to the lives we touch. We want you happy. The only beef we’ve got is the one on the grill. So, we try to make life as easy as possible so you can enter your happy place. Check out our return and refund policy for details.
How do I create an account?
At Just Rubs, guests are family, too. We hope to appease both guests and account holders alike. But, there are a few perks to creating an account — e.g. faster checkout. You may create an account during any checkout process.
How do I reset my password?
Just a couple of clicks. First, click sign in. Then, click “Forgot Your Password?” You will enter your email address, which will prompt our system to email you instructions to change your password.
How do I edit my account information?
Click my account. Edit to your life’s content. Then, RUB1OUT – just because.
May I get a copy of my invoice/receipt?
You betcha. Click my account and check out all the goods kept hidden inside. You will find an "orders" section that will provide records of your historical orders.
Will you create more products?
Can we get a “HELL YEAH”?! Our flavor experts never stop experimenting ‘til they find the holy grail of taste perfection. More product lines will be added to Just Rubs and more products may be added to our RUB1OUT product line.
