  1. Ignite grill about 10-15 minutes prior to cooking.
  2. Chop onion and mince garlic.
  3. In a small sauce pan, heat oil until hot. Add onions and garlic and sauté for a approximately 5-6 minutes.
  4. Add honey, soy sauce, and RUB1OUT Beef Rub. Whisk ingredients together. Bring mixture to a boil. Then, reduce heat to low and let simmer until mixture has reduced thickened (approximately 10 minutes).
  5. Apply mixture to steak - thoroughly coating all sides. Marinate steak for as long as desired.
  6. Grill steak over medium-high 4-5 minutes. Flip and coat the cooked side with remaining mixture. Grill another 4-5 minutes. Remove steak from grill and let rest for 5 minutres to allow juices to settle.
  7. Slice the steak into thin strips. Serve over cooked rice and vegetable mix.
