Ingredients
- 7 cups Stale Bread cubed into small pieces
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp Fresh Sage finely chopped
- 1 tsp Fresh Rosemary finely chopped
- 1 tsp Fresh Thyme
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Parsley chopped
- 1 Tbsp RUB1OUT Poultry Rub
- 1 Medium Yellow Onions finely chopped
- 3 Stalks Celery finely chopped
- 1 stick Butter
- 1 pound Crumbled Sausage

- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and brown crumbled sausage. Add onions, celery, rosemary, thyme, sage, RUB1OUT poultry rub, and a dash of salt and pepper and cook till onions are translucent. Then, add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- In a large mixing bowl, add beaten eggs, parsley, and stale bread and mix. Then add sausage and vegetable mixture and toss. Transfer to a buttered baking dish or crock pot.
- For oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cover and bake stuffing for 30 min, then uncover and continue baking for an additional 30 min till browned. For Crock Pot: Set pot on low heat and cook for 3 to 4 hours, stirring halfway through cooking. Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with parsley. Prepare to enter your happy place!
