  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and brown crumbled sausage. Add onions, celery, rosemary, thyme, sage, RUB1OUT poultry rub, and a dash of salt and pepper and cook till onions are translucent. Then, add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add beaten eggs, parsley, and stale bread and mix. Then add sausage and vegetable mixture and toss. Transfer to a buttered baking dish or crock pot.
  3. For oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cover and bake stuffing for 30 min, then uncover and continue baking for an additional 30 min till browned. For Crock Pot: Set pot on low heat and cook for 3 to 4 hours, stirring halfway through cooking. Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with parsley. Prepare to enter your happy place!
