White Wine and Honey Lime Glazed Chicken

Instructions
  1. Preheat grill to medium-to-high (approximately 400°).
  2. In a small sauce pan, bring white wine to a boil.
  3. Lower heat to a simmer. Mix in honey, oil, lime, and Rub1Out Poultry Rub. Simmer for 2 minutes. Remove pan from the heat.
  4. Pat chicken thighs dry. Brush the top and bottom of the chicken breasts with the glaze. (Or, place chicken and glaze in a resealable plastic bag and let it marinate.) Set the rest of the glaze to the side.
  5. Place the chicken smooth side down and cook for 7 minutes.
  6. Flip the chicken and apply another layer of the wet glaze to the cooked side of the chicken. Cook on medium heat until internal temperature reaches 165°. Remove from heat.
