Our long-term rub-worthy goal is to sell and ship around the globe. But, we ain’t there, yet. At this point, we are focusing on spreading goodness in the United States.
If you place your order before 1:00 pm Eastern Time (12:00 pm CT, 11:00 am MT, and 10:00 am PT) Monday through Friday and not on a designated holiday, your order will ship that day. Otherwise, your order will ship the following business day.
For retail customers, all shipments are mailed with United States Postal Service (USPS). Your package will be shipped USPS First-Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail depending on the weight of the package. Both USPS First-Class and Priority Mail shipping services provide prompt delivery and package tracking.
For Dealers, all shipments are mailed regular ground service with United Parcel Service (UPS).
We want to keep things simple...
For retail customers, we charge $6.95 per order. BUT, for orders at or more than $45 (pre-tax), you receive free shipping!
And, for our Dealers, we charge a flat rate $29 for shipping and handling per order. The reason is twofold. First, we don't feel it's fair to charge different shipping rates based on location. A flat rate renders your location moot. And, we do not charge more for Alaska and Hawaii! Second, the $29 amount is the average cost to ship a master case (four cases) anywhere in the United States. Therefore, despite your order size, you will always pay a shipping rate equal to one master case - so, order up!
You should expect delivery of your order within three business days from the day it is shipped.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number.
Just Rubs ships via USPS for retail customers, which includes P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Just Rubs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (e.g., tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Just Rubs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during delivery. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We currently do not ship outside of the United States and its Territories except for APO/FPO/DPO addresses for retail customers.
