Do you have generic FAQ?

Do you mandate a retail price?
Nope. You may set a retail price that works best for you.
May we offer specials without your approval?
You betcha. Feel free to do as you please.
Do you offer any displays or material we can put in our store?
Yes! How 'bout a poster or two (or three)? Whatever you like. Also, we have RUB1OUT stickers.
May we receive net 30 terms from our first transaction?
We're trustin' folk at Just Rubs. We believe a handshake means something. The answer is "yes".
How do I create a Dealer account?
Simply complete the form found on our Wholesale page. We'll be in touch asap. But, feel free to Contact Us anytime with any questions.
What payment methods do you accept?
At this point, you may pay with VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Oh, and steak dinners, too.
We are generous with our terms and often provide net 30 payment terms to our approved Dealers. At checkout, you should see an option for an invoice, which prompts the net terms.
Can I change my order after it’s been placed?
We will ship your order the following business day. You will receive a system-generated email when your order has been prepared, which will contain your shipment tracking number. If you have not received your shipment confirmation email, then Contact Us and we might be able to change your order before it ships. If your product has shipped, we will gladly assist you with an exchange until you get the fun and flavor you desire.
What is the Just Rubs® guarantee?
Our mission is to deliver fun and flavor. If you are not 100% satisfied, we want to know. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Check it out at Our Guarantee.
What is your shipping method and timing?
For Dealers, we ship orders the next business day via United Parcel Services (UPS) regular ground service. Most orders are delivered within three business days from their ship dates. Check out our Shipping Information page for all of the shippy details.
What is your return and refund policy?
Our mission is to bring fun and flavor to the lives we touch. We want you happy. The only beef we’ve got is the one on the grill. So, we try to make life as easy as possible so you can enter your happy place. Check out our Return and Refund Policy for details.
How do I reset my password?
Just a coupla clicks. First, click Sign In. Then, click “Forgot Your Password?” You will enter your email address, which will prompt our system to email you instructions to change your password.
How do I edit my account information?
Click My Account. Edit to your life’s content. Then, RUB1OUT – just because.
May I get a copy of my invoice/receipt?
You betcha. Click My Account and check out all the goods kept hidden inside. You will find an Orders section that will provide records of your historical orders.
Will you create more products?
Can we get a “HELL YEAH”?! Our flavor experts never stop experimenting ‘til they find the holy grail of taste perfection. More product lines will be added to Just Rubs and more products may be added to our RUB1OUT product line.
